Saw Palmetto honey is the oldest known honey in the Sunshine State. While being most beekeepers favorite flavor it also boasts an impressive number of antioxidants, enzymes, vitamins, acids, phytonutrients and is known for improving prostate health. Recent studies have compared the nutritional benefits of Palmetto honey to that of Manuka honey. We might be partial but we think the Palmetto tastes way better.
Saw Palmetto Honey has a hint of fruit and a touch of woodsy-ness. This is a must have for most of our restaurants and hotels. It is great on anything from biscuits to bourbon.
